The programme

Turn knowledge into capability.

The PNS programme connects nutrition science with practical coaching. It teaches you how food, training, and the human body work together, and how to turn that knowledge into personalised plans that clients can actually follow. You will learn the science behind energy balance, macronutrients, and performance fueling, then practise applying it through case studies, client assessments, and diet-planning exercises built around Indian food habits and budgets.

What you’ll learn

  • Assess a client's goals, lifestyle, and nutritional needs
  • Calculate calorie and macro targets accurately
  • Create personalised, culturally relevant meal plans
  • Advise on supplements safely and honestly
  • Coach clients through behaviour change for lasting results
  • Track progress and adjust plans with confidence
